Nico’s crowdfunding campaign quickly approaches £2million

Early subscribers to Six By Nico’s ‘Six By You’ crowd-funded equity raising exercise have already put £1.9million into the business.

After five days of access for customers already on its mailing list, the ‘immersive dining’ brand has now opened up the investment opportunity to the general public.

First announced last month, the crowdfunding has been described as a strategic move away from private investors, allowing the business to support its future expansion via a ‘culinary community’ that would get dining perks as well as shares and votes in the decision-making.

“From today, we’re opening the doors to everyone. For the first time, you can view our pitch page on Crowdcube and join the journey as a co-owner,” said Simeone.

“We wanted to really reward every investor, so as a thank you, all investors will receive £360 back in the form of a Season Pass for Two – four exclusive dining experiences for two people over the next year.”

The deal now on offer to the public requires a minimum Investment of £360, in return for £360 in shareholder equity, plus that £360 Season Pass, ‘Black Card’ access via the upcoming Six by Nico app, and an exclusive Investor Platform with member-only updates, rewards, and direct access to the leadership team.

The shares come with voting rights to help shape Six By Nico’s menus, concepts, locations, and events, and ‘founder-only Invites’ to preview the brand’s regular new menus and experiences.
