Sonas is the ‘passion project’ of couple Gracie-Gunn and Ken Gunn, and began in 2003 with the opening of Toravaig House on the Isle of Skye.

“The success we’ve experienced over the past 20 years has exceeded our expectations, as we continue to grow and evolve, we remain committed to upholding the same values that have always driven us,” said Gracie-Gunn.

“This recent achievement is the result of continued years of hard work and the dedication of our incredible team – and to the passion we put into creating unique, warm and memorable hospitality experiences for our guests.”

Sonas Collection aims to provide an ‘exceptional guest experience’, while being mindful of sustainability, local sourcing, and maintaining the intimate character of each property – plus never forgetting to ’embrace and protect’ the Gaelic language and culture of its home turf.
