ScotHot brings the heat to Glasgow this week

SCOTLAND’S biggest hospitality and tourism conference will hit Glasgow this week when ScotHot returns to the SEC.

The two-day event, on 8th and 9th March, will feature hundreds of exhibitors from across the industry as well as a packed schedule of seminars and events.

Highlights will include the Liquid Academy Live stage, where a number of panel sessions curated by Drink Think and hosted by organisations including SLTN and the Scottish Licensed Trade Association tackle some of the big issues facing Scottish hospitality, while Drink Think managing director Scott Gemmell covers some of the major drinks trends.

Elsewhere, the Scottish Tourism Alliance’s Signature Stage will feature sessions on topics including mental health in hospitality, brand building through social media and the power of food tourism.

ScotHot will also host the Scottish Culinary Championships, where chefs from around the country will face off in a series of challenges.

This year, ScotHot coincides with dedicated drinks show In-Drinks. Also taking place at the SEC, the show will host a wide range of exhibitors from the worlds of beers, wines and spirits.Â
