GLENEAGLES has refreshed and reopened its casual dining restaurant, The Birnam, with a new look and a new menu.
The refreshed offer in the Italian American-style restaurant revolves around cuts of meat and fish prepared over the restaurant’s custom-built open fire pit, complemented by a selection of pasta dishes, salads and light bites.
Dishes include Aberdeen Angus Cote De Boeuf, fire-baked Scottish salmon, crab spaghetti with chilli and lime, baked carbonara tagliolini with bacon and buffalo mozzarella, and pistachio-glazed smoked cauliflower.
The space is positioned as a “contemporary yet casual brasserie” during the day, transitioning into a “warm and bustling spot” in the evening.
Presided over by Sicilian head chef Stefano Furci, The Birnam is open to guests and non-residents of the hotel, offering dinner between 5pm and 9.30pm every night and lunch between 12pm and 2pm Friday to Sunday.
