THE Chester Hotel in Aberdeen has unveiled the full list of chefs that will be appearing at its Signature Food Festival event this year.
The annual fine dining festival, which has been running since 2017, will this year welcome names including Marcus Wareing, Ken Hom, Lisa Goodwin-Allen and Lorna McNee, who will host a series of 11 events between 23rd September and 27th November.
Proceeds from the events will go to children’s charity JEllie Foundation.
“Variety is the spice of life and we’re bringing six new chefs to Signature 2022,” said Graham Wood, who owns The Chester Hotel with wife Gillian.
“The line-up balances some of the most established and respected chefs in the UK like Ken Hom and Marcus Wareing with some of the youngest and most innovative chefs such as Lisa Goodwin Allen and Tom Brown.
“Our aim is to bring the biggest names in the culinary world to Aberdeen to give our guests a memorable gourmet experience whilst at the same time raising as much as we possibly can for local good causes.”
