THE Scottish Licensed Trade Association (SLTA) has expanded its training offer, making a range of online courses free to SLTA members.
The trade group’s Excel programme, supported by Edrington UK and delivered via Flow Learning Mapal, provides a host of compliance courses, including two-hour mandatory staff training, food hygiene and health and safety training. In total, 18 online courses are available to SLTA stakeholder members.
Members with under 50 staff can access a range of courses free of charge, with those employing over 50 staff receiving a discount.
The SLTA said the training will help businesses to engage and motivate existing staff as well as attract and upskill new recruits.
