GLASGOW venue Òran Mór will open its new restaurant to the public this weekend, with the launch of The Brasserie at Òran Mór.
The new restaurant, which officially opens on Friday 29th April, is headed by chef Dylan Morris, who previously worked at Glasgow venues including Six by Nico, One Devonshire and Malmaison.
He said: “I’m excited to be able to bring my food to such an iconic venue. I plan to create vibrant modern dishes using only the best possible local produce. I find it so satisfying to take simple ingredients and make them sing. We’ll be specialising in in-house smoked and cured meats and the best freshly caught Scottish seafood.”
Òran Mór general manager, Gary Grant, described Morris as “a tremendous talent”.
“I was blown away when I first tried his food,” said Grant.
“I can’t wait for our customers to get the opportunity to experience it for themselves and see our stunning newly refurbished restaurant.”
