Create a new signature for Glenfarclas 105

BARTENDERS across Scotland are being encouraged to make their way to Glasgow for the third annual Glenfarclas 105 Cocktail Competition.

The contest will see heats taking place in Glasgow, London and Belfast, with bartenders tasked with creating a new signature serve featuring the distillery’s cask strength expression, Glenfarclas 105.

In order to take part, bartenders should email the whisky’s distributor, Pol Roger, at glenfarclas105@polroger.co.uk.

They can then participate in the Glasgow heat, on Monday 16th May, which will be judged by Louise Gallagher of Pol Roger and Dave Hunter of SLTN.

Nine finalists from the three heats will then be invited back to Glasgow for the final on 13th June, which will be judged by a panel including Glenfarclas brand manager Kirstin MacDonald and last year’s winner, Daniel Jones.

The winning prize will include a two-day experience at the Glenfarclas Distillery as well as a limited edition bottling of the whisky.
