GLASGOW restaurant Zique’s is to become the latest Glasgow business to take up a residency in SWG3’s Acid Bar.
Zique’s will open in the Acid Bar this Thursday (24th February) and then operate Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am till 6pm, for the next few months.
The Acid Bar pop-up will offer breakfast, lunch and an all-day deli, including a selection of popular dishes from the restaurant’s 21-year history, and will see the team behind Zique’s working with a number of different chefs who have ties to the west end eatery as well as the city itself.
Zique’s owner Mhairi Taylor said: “We are thrilled to be the next residency at the Acid Bar. As Glaswegians we have all been fans of SWG3 since the very beginning and are in awe of what the team have achieved and the amazing plans they have going forward. The Acid Bar is beautiful both inside and out and we can’t wait to get started.”
The Acid Bar space has welcomed a number of different guest residents in recent years, including Five March, Ka Pao, Ox & Finch and Julie’s Kopitiam.
