SEAFOOD Ristorante, the St Andrews fine dining restaurant, is looking ahead to a busy 2022 after a refurbishment that has increased the venue’s capacity.
The restaurant, which overlooks St Andrews Bay, has a new reception and bar area for customers, increasing the venue’s capacity from 46 to 56 covers.
The restaurant interior has also been revamped with the addition of new Chartreuse and olive green furnishings, new tables and ebony-style wood flooring, while the new bar area features bar stools and poseur tables to encourage pre and post-dinner drinks.
The venue is currently open Wednesday to Saturday, with a Tuesday service due to be added in April.
Owner Stefano Pieraccini, who was named SLTN Entrepreneur of the Year at the 2021 SLTN Awards, said: “With more and more restaurants reopening, it’s important that we maintain the highest standards and expectations our guests and staff expect.
“Our new look is contemporary, modern and represents the now as well as the future. The interiors reflect the beautiful surroundings, combining coastal colours with spatial fluidity and intuitive elegance.”
