THE Three Chimneys on the Isle of Skye has a new general manager.
Krzysztof Dudkowski moved from The Fife Arms in Braemar to take up the new role, in which he is responsible for managing and overseeing the award[1]winning restaurant with rooms.
Gordon Campbell Gray, founder of The Wee Hotel Company, which owns The Three Chimneys, said Dudkowski’s “strong background in food and beverage puts him in good stead to join The Three Chimneys, which has built its reputation as one of Scotland’s most famous restaurants and a highlight of any trip to Skye”
