SLTN wine columnist Luke Richardson is offering free wine list advice to operators ahead of reopening.
Luke is the sommelier at wine bar Le Di-Vin in Edinburgh and has worked in a range of venues across the UK during his career, from pubs to Michelin starred restaurants.
