A PERTHSHIRE accommodation business has changed hands in a deal brokered by Bruce & Co.
Located on the banks of the River Earn between Comrie and St Fillans, the Riverside Log Cabins business was established in 1979 and comprises six traditionally-built log cabins, each of which has three bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and a living room which opens onto elevated decking with a river view; three of the cabins have hot tubs.
Bruce & Co’s Sophie Jakeman said: “It has been a pleasure working with our vendor throughout the sale and I am delighted that completion happened quickly after agreeing the sale.”
