OPERATORS looking for a business on the west coast might be interested in a trio of properties currently on the market with property agent Bruce & Co.
The Lochranza Hotel on the Isle of Arran is for sale at offers over £650,000. Described as a “beautiful property”, the hotel has nine guest rooms, a restaurant and lounge bar; there’s also a four-bedroom owner’s cottage.
On the mainland, the property agent is marketing the Cuilfail Hotel (pictured) near Oban, which has 12 guest rooms and private owner’s accommodation, and is on the market at offers over £469,950; and the 13-bedroom Dellwood Hotel in Campbeltown, which has a price tag of £280,000.
