EUSEBI Deli in Glasgow has reopened its doors and is welcoming back customers with a seasonal menu.
Fresh dishes on offer at the west end establishment – open weekly from Wednesday to Sunday – include summer truffle and girolle fettucine; buratta, roasted peach, mint and honey; and linguini with Scottish shellfish.
The venue’s indoor dining capacity has reduced from 70 to 15 to accommodate social distancing; however an additional 20 covers have been created outdoors.
Giovanna Eusebi, owner of Eusebi Deli, said: “We are really excited to finally be reopening the doors to our restaurant. Ever since my family opened Eusebi Deli over 40 years ago, we have never been closed for an extended period of time so we can’t wait to welcome back diners both new and old.
“Although we’ve made some necessary small changes to help our guests feel more at ease whilst dining out in public again, our core dining experience and values remain reassuringly unchanged. With both indoor and our brand-new outdoor seating, guests are able to dine however they feel comfortable. We are also still offering our takeaway and deli service so you can enjoy a taste of Eusebi Deli at home.
“Our new seasonal menus are full of summery produce which we hope will bring a smile to our diners faces.”
