THE company behind mixer brand Franklin & Sons is putting creativity on the menu with the launch of a new system which allows publicans to create tailored drinks lists.

The tool, which can be found on the Franklin & Sons website (franklinandsons.co.uk) contains over 500 gin and tonic/mixer pairing suggestions – and is free to use.

Once operators select the gins they want to feature, the online system suggests mixers and garnishes which pair well with the spirit.

Licensees then have the option of hand-drawn illustrations (pictured) or a classic text menu for their tailored drinks list.

Rosie Crossman, brand manager for Franklin & Sons at parent company Global Brands, said:

“We developed this new online menu system to support customers in creating and showcasing the perfect gin and tonic serves.”

“The system is incredibly easy to navigate; menus can be designed in a matter of minutes, printed and arrive with customers within five days.”

“The G&T combinations that customers can choose from are endless – for example, those who want to list a particular Mediterranean-style gin, would then perfectly pair it with Franklin & Sons Rosemary Tonic Water with Black Olive.”

“Franklin & Sons continues to lead the way and invest in systems that aim and support our trade partners, using our knowledge and experience to help them craft and create exceptional experiences for consumers.”
