EDINBURGH hotel Le Monde has reopened its doors to the public after a four-month, £1 million refurbishment.
The hotel, which was acquired by Glendola Leisure in 2015 as part of its takeover of Scottish business Saltire Taverns, has had its ground floor bar and restaurant completely revamped, with new food and drinks menus taking inspiration from various cities around the world.
Experienced operator Darren Scott joined the hotel earlier in the year as general manager and has overseen the refurb.
He described the new-look venue as “simply stunning”.
