THE company behind mixer brand Franklin & Sons is encouraging operators to make use of a new online system to help them create their own gin and tonic menu.
The tool, which can be found on the Franklin & Sons website (franklinandsons.co.uk) contains pairing suggestions for more than 500 different gins.
It is available to any stockist of Franklin & Sons products.
Rosie Crossman, brand manager for Franklin & Sons at parent company Global Brands, said the online system is “incredibly easy to navigate, menus can be designed in a matter of minutes, printed and arrive with customers within five days”.
“The G&T combinations that customers can choose from are endless, for example those who want to list a particular Mediterranean-style gin, would then perfectly pair it with Franklin & Sons Rosemary Tonic Water with Black Olive,” said Crossman.
