STUDENTS and staff at Ayrshire College marked a major milestone last month: the 20th Diageo Learning for Life hospitality course since the scheme began five years ago.
The initiative is said to have created training and employment opportunities in the hospitality industry for 287 young unemployed people from Ayrshire since it launched in the college in November 2014.
The 20-course milestone was celebrated by graduates of the programme and hospitality industry leaders at a special event at Ayrshire College’s Kilmarnock Campus.
