A divine addition to Inverness

INVERNESS-based hospitality group Cru Holdings has launched a new bar specialising in whisky and gin.

Angels’ Share, which opened late last month above the group’s steak and seafood restaurant Prime on Ness Walk, is said to have been styled as a “cosy hideaway”, offering customers an extensive range of whisky and gin, as well as artisan cocktails.

Scott Murray, managing director of Cru Holdings (pictured far right), said: “Following the success of Prime and our customers’ response to the high quality local produce we use, we were keen to add a bar that showcases local spirits, as well as some from further afield, and our speciality cocktails in a sophisticated but welcoming atmosphere.

“Hidden away above Prime, I hope customers will enjoy an escape from the everyday and find new drinks they love.”
