Kopparberg has expanded its new gin range, which is inspired by its fruit ciders, with a limited edition variant this summer.
Kopparberg Mixed Fruit Premium Gin was released last week, ahead of World Gin Day on June 8, and comes after last month’s strawberry and lime-flavoured release. The new 37.5% ABV pink gin is created using the flavours from its Mixed Fruit cider – raspberry and blackcurrant – and is distilled with botanicals that include juniper, lemon zest and coriander.
Rob Salvesen, head of marketing at Kopparberg, said following the release of the brand’s strawberry and lime-flavoured gin, Mixed Fruit was “the next obvious choice as it is our second most-loved fruit cider flavour”.
He added: “We wanted to offer gin lovers more than just one option when it came to choosing a pink gin. We hope to see many memories made outdoors with both Kopparberg Premium Gins this summer.”
