It’s a Jolly good result

The Jolly Judge has been named the Cider Pub of the Year by CAMRA Edinburgh and South East.

Having scooped the award in 2018 – when it went on to take the title for the Scotland and Northern Ireland region of CAMRA – the Jolly Judge in Lawnmarket has again come out on top.

Speaking to SLTN, the pub’s Adam Neil said the team now has its sights set on being named CAMRA’s Scotland-wide cider pub winner in 2019 too.

“We’ve been pestering away at cider for years now, so [there’s] quite a reputation now I guess, which is good,” he said.
