A HOTEL in the East Lothian town of North Berwick has changed hands following a deal brokered by Cornerstone Business Agents.
The Folly Hotel, on Station Hill, lies at the eastern edge of North Berwick, which is 30 minutes from Edinburgh and is described as “one of the best trading locations on the east coast of Scotland”.
The business comprises six en suite letting bedrooms and a 40-cover restaurant/bistro, as well as a fully fitted commercial kitchen.
The business was sold on a leasehold basis through Cornerstone Business Agents, which sought offers over £30,000 for the leasehold interest; the final sales price was not disclosed.
