HIGH profile chefs from across the UK helped a Scottish fine dining festival raise over £250,000 for charity.
Martin Wishart and Atul Kochhar were among the cooks who brought their menus to The Chester Hotel in Aberdeen for the Signature festival, which donated £239,000 of the funds to Friends of the Neonatal Unit at the city’s Royal Infirmary.
Graham Wood, the hotel’s co-owner, said the chefs “cooked up a storm for a great cause”.
