A NEW operator is at the helm of The Drunken Cow bar and restaurant in Glasgow city centre after taking on the leasehold to the business.
The 50-cover outlet occupies a “prominent” trading location at Hope Street’s junction with West Regent Street, with both the city’s main office areas and ‘style mile’ close by.
The venue is now set to be refurbished and reopened as a restaurant.
Kevin Hunter of selling agent CDLH said the deal, where a new tenant was found within one week, demonstrates that there is a “good market for city centre licensed premises”.
