Menu adds up at Fife eatery

THE chef patron of Michelin-star Anstruther restaurant The Cellar has revamped its food offer, moving to just one nine-course menu.

Billy Boyter is serving a set menu designed to showcase the very best seasonal, local produce.

“It’s a bold move to a nine-course menu, but one I am excited by,” he said.
