A PUB in Leith has changed hands for the first time in ten years.
The Alan Breck Lounge, which is on the corner of Constitution Street and Laurie Street, is said to be a popular pub for sports, with a “strong and loyal” customer base.
Sold via Cornerstone Business Agents on behalf of owners Elaine and Derek Lovell, who now plan to retire from the trade, the property has been purchased by an Edinburgh investor who is said to specialise in licensed and retail acquisitions; plans are already said to be underway to lease the property to a pub operator.
Offered for sale with a guide price of ÂŁ120,000 for the freehold, the final sales price was not disclosed.
