WHISKY fans got to sample three limited edition Glen Scotia single malts at this year’s Campbeltown Malts Festival last month.

Making its debut was the Glen Scotia 2000 Single Cask Festival bottling, which, limited to 147 bottles, is said to combine maritime notes with a vanilla sponge base.

A further two releases, distilled in 2008 and 2010, were also unveiled.

Distillery manager Iain McAlister said the festival was a “fantastic opportunity” for visitors to “discover our award-winning Glen Scotia single malts”.
