TWO Edinburgh bartenders have joined forces to launch a new basement cocktail bar and eatery.
Kin on Barony Street is the brainchild of Jody Buchan and Sam Baxendale, who have previously worked in Edinburgh bars including The Voyage of Buck and Bramble.
Described as a “cosy basement bar”, Kin offers an “innovative and evolving” cocktail menu, a rotational range of craft beer on tap, and a “concise bar menu of small snacks and nibbles”.
The venue trades Wednesday to Sunday from 4pm till 1am.
