A SEASIDE pub on the Isle of Arran that’s said to boast spectacular views is for sale.
Located in Lamlash, the Drift Inn occupies a picturesque position overlooking Lamlash Bay and the Holy Isle.
The property comprises an open-plan public bar/lounge, commercial kitchen, cellar, office or storage room and a seaside beer garden.
Said to have closed at the tail end of last year, the pub is being marketed by Colliers International on behalf of PwC, which is handling the administration of Challenger Inns Limited.
Paul Shiells of Colliers International said the pub has been “sorely missed by locals and visitors”.
The Drift Inn is on the market with a price tag of offers over £225,000.
