BARTENDERS at more than 40 capital bars are set to showcase their mixology skills in the inaugural Edinburgh Cocktail Weekend.
Tigerlily, The Printing Press, Copper Blossom, Epicurean, Le Monde, Badger & Co, The Refinery and Harvey Nichols are among the venues signed up to take part in the event, which will take place from October 6 to 8.
The weekend will also include a series of masterclasses and tastings; registration for masterclasses opens four weeks before the event, with priority being given to those who have bought wristbands for the weekend.
Organiser of the event Gary Anderson said: “Our vision is to bring the city to life with cocktails and create unique experiences through exciting brand collaborations and pop-up spaces. It’s all about tasting your way around the city, discovering new bars and flavours and feeling like you’re part of something exciting. ”
