Highland inn new to market

AN Inverness-shire inn has come to market via property consultant Ryden.

• The inn has five letting bedrooms.

Located in the village of Munlochy, around ten miles north of Inverness, the Allangrange Arms has been recently refurbished.

The property comprises a 42-cover restaurant, a public bar, lounge, breakfast room and five en suite letting bedrooms; there’s also owner’s accommodation, which has three bedrooms.

Douglas Lambie of Ryden, which is marketing the leasehold, said: “The Allangrange has been renovated to a high standard and presents an excellent opportunity for a hands-on operator to take on a well-established business and substantially increase turnover and profitability, particularly in light of the large commercial kitchen.”
