Masterchef The Professionals winner and City of Glasgow College chef lecturer Gary Maclean has joined forces with Brakes Scotland as the food wholesaler looks to bolster its range of locally-sourced produce.
Brakes Scotland director of operations John McLintock said the partnership will “help enhance our Scottish focus”.
Maclean will also be at the Paisley Food Festival on April 22, where he will host a series of cooking demonstrations.
