THE Federation of Chefs Scotland has appointed its youngest ever president.
David Littlewood, aged 34, was elected president at the organisation’s AGM in Glasgow; he succeeds Ian McDonald, previous president and executive chef of St Andrews Links Trust. Littlewood is chef and co-owner of both The Tor Na Coille Hotel in Banchory and The Kildrummy Inn by Alford.
