New breed joins firm’s gin stable

Posted on by in Gin

CAMPARI UK has bolstered its premium spirits portfolio with the acquisition of Bulldog London Dry Gin.
The deal sees the drinks firm take full ownership of the brand, which it’s been distributing since late 2014.

Bulldog London Dry Gin is described as a blend of 12 botanicals from eight countries, and is quadruple distilled in traditional copper pot stills in England.
The gin joins brands such as Skyy Vodka, Koko Kanu rum and Appleton Estate rum in the Campari UK portfolio.
Commenting on the deal, Bob Kunze-Concewitz of Campari UK said the acquisition was an “opportunity to consolidate our presence as a key player in the attractive super-premium gin category with significant growth potential”.
