Glasgow Browns is feeling the blues

GLASGOW brasserie Browns has been relaunched with a fresh new look, menus and drinks offer.
The George Square venue, part of Mitchells & Butlers’ UK-wide Browns chain, has been overhauled with a new interior featuring a bold blue colour scheme.

A new menu with dishes such as seared tuna niçoise, beef carpaccio and lobster risotto has been introduced alongside a ‘tastes of the season’ tender beef menu featuring slow braised beef shin and pan-seared scallops, braised blade of beef and BBQ beef ribs. The cocktail menu has also been overhauled, with new additions including the Rhubarb & Cucumber Collins.
General manager Graham Paterson said Browns Glasgow offers a traditional brasserie experience with a modern twist. “It’s not just the interior that’s had a makeover, as we’re also excited to showcase our amazing new menu, which includes some fantastic additions to our Browns classics and guests’ firm favourites,” said Paterson.
