Chef cooks up new book

THE chef patron of Glasgow seafood restaurant Gamba has showcased some of his favourite dishes in a new cookbook.
Derek Marshall said Gamba – A Seafood Cookbook reflects his passion for serving the freshest, sustainable Scottish seafood.
“All the recipes are essentially quite simple because my philosophy in the kitchen has always been to let the ingredients do the talking,” he said. “Many can be found on our menus in Gamba while others are brand new and yet to be featured.”
