A walk on the Wildside?

A BAR and restaurant in Ladybank has come onto the books of Cornerstone Business Agents.
Situated in the heart of Fife, close to the town of Cupar, the Wildside Bar & Restaurant is within a 20 minute drive of both Dundee and St Andrews.
It’s been owned and operated by Dougie and Marion McWilliams for almost 12 years. Formerly trading as the Ladybank Tavern, the pub was recently renovated and rebranded by the McWilliams.
Barry McNeil, director of Cornerstone, said: “The business trades as a well-presented village pub, bar and restaurant offering good home-cooked Scottish fare to residents, regulars and visitors alike.” A guide price of £295,000 has been set for the pub.
