A NEW bar majoring in natural organic and biodynamic wines opened in the capital earlier this month.
Launched by siblings Rory and Graeme Sutherland, Good Brothers Wine Bar features a range of more than 100 wines from around the world, including more than 50 natural wines. The menu, created by head chef Maciej Szczepanski to complement the wines, is described as “classic Scottish cuisine with a twist”.
Graeme said he and Rory aim to “change perceptions of natural wine”. “As people are much more switched on about where their food and drink comes from these days, we think it’s the perfect time to start spreading the word about these wines,” he said.
