A Good move for head chef

THE former head chef of London bars group Vinoteca takes control of the kitchen at Good Brothers in Stockbridge today (November 22).

Lloyd Morse’s cooking is said to be inspired by classic European cookery with a focus on pasta, butchery, pastries and charcuterie.

The appointment marks a move away from Good Brothers’ previous small plate menu.

Graeme Sutherland, who owns Good Brothers with brother Rory, said: “We want to provide an appealing and accessible food offering to accompany the quality wines and service that we pride ourselves on.”
