MACDONALD Hotels & Resorts has appointed Simon Farr to oversee its portfolio in the north of Scotland.
Farr, whose hospitality career spans more than 30 years, has taken on the role of chief executive of the Macdonald Aviemore Resort; he has also been named managing director of the company’s Aberdeen and Inverness region.
Farr said he is looking forward to “playing a part in driving the future” of the hotels.
