ST Andrews-based distiller Eden Mill launched a new range of ready-to-drink gin cocktail blends earlier this month as part of its new Eden Mill Mixology Project.
The inaugural range, created by Eden Mill’s master distillers and mixologists from around the world, features four drinks: Berry Bramble – a blend of berries and elderflower with Eden Mill Love Gin; Citrus Fizz – grapefruit, lemon and blood orange mixed with Eden Mill Original Gin; Roasted Martini – coffee beans and vanilla pods with Eden Mill Oak Gin; and Basil Smash – a combination of Eden Mill Hop Gin, basil, watermelon and lime. The 8% ABV cocktails are packaged in 250ml aluminium bottles.
Eden Mill founder and co-owner Paul Miller said the range is likely to be extended going forward.
