PERTH restaurant 63 Tay Street has reopened following a refurbishment.
The eatery, which was launched ten years ago by chef proprietor Graeme Pallister (pictured above left with sous chef Lee Steele), has been redecorated in a light grey colour scheme and a new “casual dining” menu introduced.
“There’s a new buzz in the dining room, and that’s exciting for me as a chef,” said Pallister.
