A RECENTLY-refurbished bar and grill in Greenock is up for sale.
Located on West Burn Street in the town centre, Tokyo Joe is said to have capacity for 100 covers in its bar area with an additional 50 in a private walled beer garden to the rear of the property.
Jonathan Clough, director of Smith & Clough, which is marketing the property, said the sale “represents a tremendous opportunity for either an existing operator or a new operator looking to get into the licensed sector”.
“The business trades well, with an advised turnover of approximately £10,000 gross per week,” said Clough.
Smith & Clough is seeking leasehold offers in excess of £55,000 for Tokyo Joe.
