A Hotel Business in Bathgate has come onto the books of property firm Colliers International.
The Kaim Park Hotel has been the focus of major investment by its current owner, WGY Group, over the past ten years, with plans for a major extension giving new owners the chance to grow the business further.
The hotel currently has 27 letting bedrooms, lounge and public bars, meeting and conference rooms with a separate function suite, as well as a conservatory dining room. It also features an outdoor decked terrace with enclosed private gardens.
Alistair Letham of Colliers International said the hotel enjoys a “good level of turnover and profitability”. Offers in the region of £1.5 million are invited for the hotel.
