Scottish drinks industry stalwart Bob Taylor is urging the trade to back an 80-mile charity cycle next month to raise funds for licensed trade charity The Ben.
Coming 30 years after Bob (pictured above far right) cycled the length of the country for charity during his time working for Bell’s, this year’s event on May 24 will cover 80 miles from The Ben’s estate in Pitlochry to Milngavie.
And Bob and his team are seeking the support of the licensed trade.
“We’d be delighted for fellow cycling enthusiasts from the trade to join us on May 24 and extremely grateful for any other support businesses can provide to make it a successful day,” said Bob. “We’re in particular need of catering support en route as well as a support vehicle to carry spare equipment and supplies so please get in touch if you think you can help.”
