Edinburgh’s Wedgwood the Restaurant has reopened following a month-long refurbishment
The venue, which picked up the SLTN Wine Award for 2015, has been revamped using natural materials. Designed by Nikki Rennie of Pride Shopfitting Scotland, who worked with owners Lisa and Paul Wedgwood, the new-look interior is described as “light, bright and airy”. Changes include the creation of a small banquette seating area at the back of the restaurant and a new bar, which is said to have increased the space and flow between tables.
