Operators seeking premises with multiple income streams might be interested in a diverse Dumfries business which has come onto the market.
Property firm Seymour & Clink is marketing the freehold of The Liquid Lounge and Truffles Bistro with a price tag of offers in the region of £260,000.
The Liquid Lounge operates as a lunchtime diner, and, at weekends, trades as a cocktail and wine bar.
The outlet is said to have undergone a complete refurbishment in 2012.
Truffles Bistro, meanwhile, is a 50-cover dining venue which currently only trades in the evenings and at weekends.
Both units are serviced by the same “well-equipped” kitchen and accessed via separate entrances.
Peter Seymour of Seymour & Clink, the firm handling the sale, said the property represents an “excellent opportunity for a chef to trade or husband and wife team to take on a growing business and develop it further, by perhaps extending the trading hours or opening on a Sunday”.
