A Fife hotel, which has operated as a guest house for the last 14 years, has changed hands after being snapped up by a local operator.
The Struan Bank Hotel in Cowdenbeath has seven letting bedrooms, a residents’ lounge and a breakfast room/restaurant; there’s also a private owner’s suite to the rear of the property.
A spokesman for selling agent Cornerstone said: “We are pleased to confirm that the Struan Bank Hotel has been sold to an experienced local operator.”
