The pair, who launched the Jolly Botanist gin bar in the capital earlier this year, were the most nominated, winning the Best Marketing award as well as being finalists in the Retailer of the Year     and Best Use of Social Media categories.
Other Scottish winners on the night included James and Louise Rusk of the Butchershop Bar & Grill in Glasgow, which won for the Best Use of Social Media; and The Kirkhouse in Glasgow which retained its Heart of the Community accolade.
Phil Crowder and Arlene Allan of the Faerie Tree in Aberfoyle were also recognised, picking up the regional award for Most Family Friendly Pub.
Chris Jowsey, Star Pubs & Bars trading director, said the awards is “one of the high points of the year” for the pubco.
“By focusing on retail standards, independent licensees are successfully challenging big branded outlets, winning customers looking for a more unique and individual experience,” he said.
